Since I have been facing anxiety problems. I know how much music helps, it distract your mind into music and instruments. You temporarily forget your problems.
Accept that you’re anxious Don’t think of yourself who is broken or less from others just because of your facing anxiety issues. It is important to understand that no one can be happy always. when you feel uncomfortable, just give yourself some time to be in the situation. You can also try some relaxation techniques such as meditation or yoga.
Nowadays we all are so engrossed in ourselves that we actually forget that other people might deal with things too. Just like you, someone might have an extreme anxiety issue. Well, in that case, be open to extending a helping hand to those who need it. You help yourself by helping others.
Stop overthinking I think this is the main source of anxiety. And it is one of the difficult ones to deal with. That’s why I’m discussing this at the end. Most of us overthink everything. You can say that if you’re positive about something you end up doing it with full effort, trust me you will succeed in it. I learned this when I was losing weight for being healthy. It make me realize that gaining extreme weight caused me other problems. I was being diabetic. My body wasn’t in shape either. I tried my best to control my diet and turn to take a low-calorie diet. At first, I must say whenever I let the negative thoughts come into my mind, it ended up in me eating something sugary. That made me gain more than usual. When I took control over my positive thinking I can say that I succeeded. I lost weight and didn’t have diabetes anymore.
Exercise Now I know most of you might be thinking yeah yeah exercise helps a lot makes you healthy. But how is all this life-changing? Let me tell you this 1. Makes you feel better about yourself and more confident. That leads to better success with other positive changes. 2. it relieves stress and makes you active. That leads you into working more in life. To accomplish your dreams. 3. reinforces positive thinking habits.
Single-tasking You heard me the opposite of multi-tasking. Most of you try doing a lot of things at a time. 1 out of 10 people is able to do everything on time. The others either mess up things. Or they aren’t able to do everything on time with full efforts. so let’s make life simple. Change these habits if you want a better life. It hard to accomplish the most important things first if you are doing everything at one time. So if you want to do things effectively. Focus on one things at a time.

Pick an action you can do today. Keep doing this until the goal is accomplished. Do an action every day, finish the mini-goal, pick the next mini-goal to work on. Then, when your One Goal is completed, focus on the next goal. some goals are on going like blogging and exercising. Change such goals into habits rather than making them long term goals.
Kindness I want to make this my last and main point. I think being kind can help you with change a habit. And doing better in life. Once your kind to people you would feel a change inside yourself. This way you will see how differently people treat you. This can be a good lesson as well. work on how you will talk to everyone all day. My eyes slightly opened and I could see people standing around me. All of them were shouting out trying to call the doctor. My vision wasn’t clear enough to recognize anyone. Soon after a few minutes my vision started to get clear.
The doctor came into the room. He asked me plenty of questions related to my health conditions. I did feel a bit pain in my head. But yet I was okay.
The weird thing was that I didn’t really recognize the people around me. They were trying to talk to me like they knew me very well. But I didn’t know them. They tried to make me remember everything. But I wasn’t able to remember anything. Even if I tried to my head started to hurt more.
The doctors had told my so-called family to take me home. Calling them so-called sounds rude. But yet I didn’t know who they were. So calming myself down I went off home with them.
I can say that they were nice to me. They took me to my room and made me comfortable. Days passed like this, and my family tried that I would remember some parts of my life. But I just couldn’t, it was like everything was flushed out of my mind.
So then I think it was time to start a new life.
My lost memory was the only thing I knew about my old life. These people tried to make me remember something about my past. They used to show me pictures and videos with them. I didn’t really remember anything. Yet I smiled at them, at least it seemed these people were my family.
But this wasn’t just the end of my old memory. There was still a part of me still stuck in the past.
Days passed and all I did was rest at home. Keep myself isolated and try to find a way to remember something. But I guess I had to start a new life now.
I decided to do something about my life. But what should I do was the only question in my mind. I decided to start something new in life, thus I started meeting new people. In this condition, I thought that socializing would help the most. It surely did make me happy. My friend Vida, who was a childhood friend, had helped me till now.
I thought things were new now and here the twist begins. A cold night it was. My family had arranged a party, didn’t know the reason behind the party. But surely it was a party. People were gathered and they seemed nice when a guy approaches me. A tall guy with dark brown eyes and well dressed. He comes smiling at me and asks me about my health. Yet I didn’t know who he was but still I thought I shouldn’t be rude. He grabs my hand and that’s where the question begins. Who is this guy and why is he being so close to me.
That’s when Vida arrives.
She tells me that “this is Drake you’re husband”. And I was shocked. I had no words to express what I had to say. I wanted to know where was he from so long if he was my husband. But I was quiet. Maybe losing my memory made me think about what was happening actually?
My mind was frozen totally. I took a few steps back thinking about what was happening with me. I had nothing to say. My mind was full of hundreds of question. But I didn’t know who to ask and what to say at this moment. I just wanted to escape that moment for sure. Drake held my hand and tried talking to me. But I had nothing to say to him because I couldn’t accept I was married even. I ran into my room immediately.
The next morning, I woke up and I could see Vida sitting right next to me. Basically, she was waiting for me to say something about last night. But I thought to let go of that thought was much better. Vida tried talking to me but I wasn’t ready to hear another story about my life right now. And she was okay to give me that space as well. We were happily talking to each other. When drake enters my room, “Honey how are you feeling now, if your better let’s go home”. He sounded like he cared about me. But I just wasn’t comfortable going with him. I answered him by saying I was Alright and that he didn’t need to worry about me I’m fine here.
His eyes showed that he was upset but he didn’t force me to come with him. I think he realized that I wasn’t ready to go right now. He insisted on having breakfast with me, so my family decided to let him stay for it. There was a bit of tension on the breakfast table. Everyone was talking to each other but Drake wasn’t participating in anything. He kept on giving me something to eat. He seemed quite sweet and I liked the way he cared about him. Maybe he was a good husband after all.
After breakfast, I went into my room and decided to open up my laptop and start writing a bit. When I started writing the only thing that came in mind was how drake cared about me. I could imagine his dark brown eyes and his hands holding mine. That’s when I heard a knock on my door. It was drake. “Can I come inside Honey?’’ My heart pumped up seeing him. Maybe I liked him being around me. I gave him a smile and let him come inside. He sat right next to me and then a silence began. We both said nothing. I felt like we both had a connection but I didn’t remember anything much. So I decided to ask him everything that was bothering me.

I just believed that our present was the only thing that mattered and that’s what brought us close. But he insisted on bringing up the past. He told me he had to confess something’s. Before we took a new beginning.
My hands were trembling. The way he looked into my eyes with guilt. Drake was more nervous than me. But I guess I had no choice but to listen to him and so I did.
These were drake’s word: “ I was behind your accident. We were a happy couple and we loved each other. But I think they were things that lacked in our relationship. Even after 3 years of our marriage we had no kids. And I was so busy in my job that we hardly had time together. That’s when I got involved in another woman. The night of your accident you got to know all of this. I didn’t want you to know from her but it happened this way. I’m sorry for everything that happened. Trust me. I realized my mistake and want another chance for us to become one again. Can you give me another chance?”
I had nothing to say but I decided to forgive him for everything. Everyone deserves a second chance. Drake was so close to me and he did so much for me since the past month. He did deserve a second chance. I forgave him and wore the ring. We hugged each other.

How to reduce worries? Newt Scamander says:Worrying makes you suffer twice. So worry just SIMPLY increases your problems. Another Answer to it is that things are bound to get better even if they are not good right now. God that has created us will give us everything that is best for us. So instead of worrying just go with the flow because good things will always find their way to you no matter what.
How can we stop overthinking? So think sure, don’t overthink.
