    Don’t think of yourself who is broken or less from others just because of your facing anxiety issues. It is important to understand that no one can be happy always. when you feel uncomfortable, just give yourself some time to be in the situation. For me, I can say my life has been quite difficult. Letting go of those sugary foods and having to diet to control my weight. It was truly a hard thing to do. But you know a healthy diet is quite better than these sugary and high calories food. I realized all these really late. But I hope you all find it simple that changing a few bad habits in life.     I think this should be the first point because it is the main source of changing a habit. You can say that if you’re positive about something you end up doing it with full effort, trust me you will succeed in it.
    I learned this when I was losing weight for being healthy. It make me realize that gaining extreme weight caused me other problems. I was being diabetic. My body wasn’t in shape either. I tried my best to control my diet and turn to take a low-calorie diet. At first, I must say whenever I let the negative thoughts come into my mind, it ended up in me eating something sugary. That made me gain more than usual. When I took control over my positive thinking I can say that I succeeded. I lost weight and didn’t have diabetes anymore.
  • Exercise
    Now I know most of you might be thinking yeah yeah exercise helps a lot makes you healthy. But how is all this life-changing?
    Let me tell you this
    1. Makes you feel better about yourself and more confident. That leads to better success with other positive changes.
    2. it relieves stress and makes you active. That leads you into working more in life. To accomplish your dreams.
    3. reinforces positive thinking habits.
  • Single-tasking
    You heard me the opposite of multi-tasking. Most of you try doing a lot of things at a time. 1 out of 10 people is able to do everything on time. The others either mess up things. Or they aren’t able to do everything on time with full efforts. so let’s make life simple. Change these habits if you want a better life. It hard to accomplish the most important things first if you are doing everything at one time. So if you want to do things effectively. Focus on one things at a time.
  • Focus on one goal
    What if you have 5 goals you want to achieve? Then just pick one to focus on first. Break it into a small goal you can accomplish this month if it’s a longer-term goal. Pick an action you can do today. Keep doing this until the goal is accomplished. Do an action every day, finish the mini-goal, pick the next mini-goal to work on. Then, when your One Goal is completed, focus on the next goal. some goals are on going like blogging and exercising. Change such goals into habits rather than making them long term goals.
  • Kindness
    I want to make this my last and main point. I think being kind can help you with change a habit. And doing better in life. Once your kind to people you would feel a change inside yourself. This way you will see how differently people treat you. This can be a good lesson as well.

The distractions which hinder our productivity are our gadgets i.e. our phones, laptops and televisions. We give into our desires and tell our ourselves lies .For example, we will complete the homework after this show and after that show we start watching another or get distracted by our phones. This is a vicious cycle and this needs to stop. This habit of giving into our desires proves as a real mess for us. As, we will have to do more work in less time. Imagine when you finally got a job; then boss and his deadlines become the biggest worry of them all.

    In the future when you get married and have kids, family’s future and their safety is another worry added to the list. These are just general of them, the personal and specified worries are different, and for 7 billion people the list of worries is different, worried much? Counting all your worries have made me worry, has it made you worry just a bit?

    Human beings on this planet are constantly in a stance of thinking and stressing themselves out, in not so humanly way. Well everybody does it!     A Simple thought can change it and it’s called positive reinforcement. In simple words, you think of the positives of the thing you complain about one single thing that makes it unique. In other words, motivate yourself to like it. If you can change it, go ahead make it better, if you are stuck, (which some of us are,) look at the positives, it will get better. life depends on the quality of your thoughts. If the thoughts are positive then the impact of your thoughts is also positive. That’s easy, right? 
  2. How to reduce worries?
    Newt Scamander says: Worrying makes you suffer twice. So worry just SIMPLY increases your problems. Another Answer to it is that things are bound to get better even if they are not good right now. God that has created us will give us everything that is best for us. So instead of worrying just go with the flow because good things will always find their way to you no matter what. 
  3. How can we stop overthinking?
    So think sure, don’t overthink. There is a book called, “Don’t Sweat the Small Stuff it’s all the Small Stuff”. Every question you have in your mind the answer is in the title, read the book if you want.
    If you see every problem as a small thing, you don’t have to overthink it or stress over it. So the question arises is how every problem is small? It is that we make it big by thinking a lot over it. No problem or person for that matter is worthy enough to rattle our fences of peace. People or problems become issues because we give too much power over us, and as excruciating this process is, it’s also tempting because we are losing control. It may look like we don’t have control but we control is the last thing we have in our might.
