5 Ways To Change Habits For A Better Life

If you could change a few habits in life. what would those be, That is basically the most common question i get these days. Everyone wants to be positive in some stage of their life. Well, that’s not an easy one to answer. But I guess quoting some quotes and relating something with my personal experiences. I can help a lot of you here.

Well, to say that im the only one finding ways to change my habits and simplify my life. Its just totally wrong. I think 9 out 10 people find some habits to change for a better life.

For me, I can say my life has been quite difficult. Letting go of those sugary foods and having to diet to control my weight. It was truly a hard thing to do. But you know a healthy diet is quite better than these sugary and high calories food. I realized all these really late. But I hope you all find it simple that changing a few bad habits in life. Can help you have a better life.

This a question, a few of you may have. What habits can you change to have a better life?
The simple answer is here:
1. Write all your goals, motivations, obstacles and struggles you need to overcome on a piece of paper.
2. A healthy diet for a healthy living
3. If you fail for some reason, find out that reason instead of giving up.
4. Make some supportive friends either online or in your real life.
5. Note down all your daily goals so you can do things on time.

So well now most of you know tons of habits you can change in your life. But do remember change them one at a time to see a difference.

  • Positive thinking
    I think this should be the first point because it is the main source of changing a habit. You can say that if you’re positive about something you end up doing it with full effort, trust me you will succeed in it.
    I learned this when I was losing weight for being healthy. It make me realize that gaining extreme weight caused me other problems. I was being diabetic. My body wasn’t in shape either. I tried my best to control my diet and turn to take a low-calorie diet. At first, I must say whenever I let the negative thoughts come into my mind, it ended up in me eating something sugary. That made me gain more than usual. When I took control over my positive thinking I can say that I succeeded. I lost weight and didn’t have diabetes anymore.
  • Exercise
    Now I know most of you might be thinking yeah yeah exercise helps a lot makes you healthy. But how is all this life-changing?
    Let me tell you this
    1. Makes you feel better about yourself and more confident. That leads to better success with other positive changes.
    2. it relieves stress and makes you active. That leads you into working more in life. To accomplish your dreams.
    3. reinforces positive thinking habits.
  • Single-tasking
    You heard me the opposite of multi-tasking. Most of you try doing a lot of things at a time. 1 out of 10 people is able to do everything on time. The others either mess up things. Or they aren’t able to do everything on time with full efforts. so let’s make life simple. Change these habits if you want a better life. It hard to accomplish the most important things first if you are doing everything at one time. So if you want to do things effectively. Focus on one things at a time.
  • Focus on one goal
    What if you have 5 goals you want to achieve? Then just pick one to focus on first. Break it into a small goal you can accomplish this month if it’s a longer-term goal. Pick an action you can do today. Keep doing this until the goal is accomplished. Do an action every day, finish the mini-goal, pick the next mini-goal to work on. Then, when your One Goal is completed, focus on the next goal. some goals are on going like blogging and exercising. Change such goals into habits rather than making them long term goals.
  • Kindness
    I want to make this my last and main point. I think being kind can help you with change a habit. And doing better in life. Once your kind to people you would feel a change inside yourself. This way you will see how differently people treat you. This can be a good lesson as well.
    work on how you will talk to everyone all day. Just be kind remember. be polite to others and you will see a difference for sure. Don’t believe me? See for yourself then.
